I finally finished this, yay! I did my best on this regarding the design, because I would really like to improve on character design. I was also playing around with a new type of shading. I don't think I'll be trying it again anytime soon I has a hat C: 

I would really like to know if the overall anatomy looks correct, and if the design looks appealing. Do the colors look nice together, and does the overall design look good?

i think the design is great the character is very imaginative as for the anatomy with fantasy creatures is hard to tell because the head for instance can be distorted i like the way you layered it so it looks like the main character is reflected having said that i think the hands could be made larger the needle she carries could be made a bit larger then it could be used as a walking stick also but could also get confused as just that the colour scheme is nice and harmonious i think the background design could be a little simpler just to make people focus more on the main subject either that or make it a contrasting colour like a dark green brilliant work just the type i like great imagination and beautifully executed
